Firstly let us know your requirements or application. Secondly we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly customer confirm the samples and places a deposit for the formal order. Fourthly we arrange the production.

Do you support OEM and ODM?
We support OEM and ODM. We will customize production according to your needs. You only need to tell us the specific customization details, the materials to be used, the product graphics and specifications, and packaging information. We will confirm the details with you again, then make a sample. After confirmation, we can arrange production, quality inspection, confirmation, and shipment according to your order.

Do you have any MOQ limit for solar lights?
Due to the different materials and manufacturing processes required for various products, we do have some MOQ (Member of Quota) limitations, but these will ultimately be adjusted based on your specific needs.

How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT. We usually ship orders within 48 hours, but the exact time depends on the quantity of products and the actual situation. Please rest assured that we will confirm the exact time with you during the communication process so you can better understand the shipping status and information.
