What LEDs do you usually use for your LED products?
For high power LED luminaires, we mainly use Cree and Edison LEDs. We use high brightness chips as well. We also consider using multi-chip LED brands like Sharp, as multi-chip technology will be intensively used by manufacturers.
What's the lead time if an order is placed?
Normally, our lead time is 3-5 days after payment confirmation. However, it may take a little longer if our production task load is heavy.
Can you do the OEM order?
Based on our previous experiences, we have many successful experiences on OEM projects.
What's the warranty of your products?
We offer 3 and 5 years warranty for different kinds of products. During the period, if customers have approval showing product quality issues and if it is certified by our engineers, we would request customers to ship back the failure parts and we will replace new items with the transportation charge being paid by us.
